Is there a shuttle from the ceremony to the reception?

No. There will be a shuttle service available to and from the hotels and reception site.

What hotels do you recommend we stay?

A block of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels. Our hotel block is a two night minimum with a flat rate, depending on room selection. If you would like to reserve a room outside of our hotel block in order to use a discount (AAA, government, etc) or for any other reason please let the hotel know you are guests of the Hessler/Grisier wedding.

What time does everything start?

The ceremony is set to start at 2:00pm.
The cocktail hour is set to start at 5:00pm.
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.

When is the RSVP date?

TBD.

What happens if I RSVP yes, but then something changes and I cant make it?

You will need to email or call the Bride or Groom and formally let them know you will no longer be attending.

What time should I arrive?

In order to make sure you don't miss out on any of our big day, we recommend you arrive before 2:00pm for the ceremony. Please plan to arrive for the reception at 5:00pm. If you are riding the shuttles from the hotel they will make sure you are on time to the reception.

Is parking available?

Yes. There will be parking available at the ceremony and reception site.

How long will everything last?

The ceremony will include a full Catholic mass so it should last about a hour. The reception will be six hours and will be over by 11:00pm.

Can I bring a guest?

When you receive your invitation it will state who is invited to the wedding.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are allowed.

Will alcohol be provided?

Yes. There will be an open bar offering beer, wine, and mixed drinks. No shots....sorry!

What should I wear?

The attire will be semi-formal. Please, no jeans.

What's the weather expected to be like?

It will be the end of August so it's expected to be hot.
